Do not be deceived by the name half duplex. Because the half duplexes are separated by a two car garage there is more privacy between the units than between the average house on Highline Drive. This is not a strata council there is no mandatory rental pools.

Behind and beside the duplex is a ski trail for easy ski in ski out access. The garage is oversized for skiing in and out without having to even stand up your skis. Say no to overpriced cafeteria lunches when you unclick your bindings you are making your own fresh espressos.

After a hard day of play sit back to enjoy a hot tub situated on the edge of the ski run. While basking look up at the blocky limestone Lizard Range, which can leave you feeling like an insignificant part of the landscape as you melt into the lifestyle.
